Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
No long-term commitment. Everything is month-to-month unless you choose an annual plan for a discount. You’re free to cancel anytime.
Do you offer refunds if I’m not satisfied?
No. You have a two-week free trial in which you can cancel any automation package without being charged if you are unsatisfied. With websites, you will pay once you approve the website. Once the free hosting ends, you can move your website to your own hosting and handle your own website maintenance if you prefer. Our monthly hosting costs $15 after the free hosting ends. This includes website maintenance. If you are unhappy about anything please contact us.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Changes take place at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. All automation packages are unlimited. Some options are paid by function and include a setup fee. Ask about these options if you have a low volume of calls, texts/emails.
How does billing work?
Billing is handled through secure Stripe payments. All service plans renew each month automatically. Website packages are a one-time payment. His hosting is billed yearly or monthly, depending on your choice, once the free year is up.
Do you offer support if I get stuck?
Yes. If you have any problems, contact us, and we will work on them until you are satisfied.
Can I add extra services later?
Absolutely. You can add AI receptionists, landing pages, additional automations, follow-up sequences, or reputation boosters anytime. Your system grows when you’re ready—not before.
